The instant writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayers:- "I. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 1.4.2025 passed by respondent no.3 (Contained as Annexure no.13 to this writ petition.) II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the remaining Balance amount to the petitioner. III. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to revise the pension of the petitioner." 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the prayer (I) and only made innocuous prayer that the representation of the petitioner pending before the respondent no.5, District Inspector of Schools, District Shahjahanpur for payment of rest retiral dues may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3. Learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of State- respondents vehemently opposed the writ petition on merit, but has not opposed the prayer as made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Heard Sri Ved Prakash Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Ms. Ainakshi Sharma, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 to 5 and perused the contents made in the writ petition. 5. Since, learned counsel for the petitioner has not pressed the matter on merits and only made an innocuous prayer to direct the respondent no.5 to decide the representation pending before him regarding payment of rest retiral dues, and no objection made by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State- respondents on the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without entering into merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along with the copy of the writ petition and certified copy of this order before the respondent no.5 i.e. District Inspector of Schools, District Shahjahanpur within 10 days from today. After receiving the said representation, the respondent no.5 is directed to pass a detailed and reasoned order on the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. 6.
