Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State on written instructions would submit that the Police completed investigation and laid charge sheet vide SC.SPL No.109 of 2023 before the Special Court for the Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Visakhapatnam and the same is pending. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same can be closed at the stage of admission itself, without going into merits of the case. 5.
