Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 461 and 379 of the IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner committed theft in the shop of informant and took away laptop worth Rs. 75,000/- sound box Rs. 9,999/- stablizer Rs. 4,500/- punching machine of Rs. 1,20,000/- and other items. The name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation and was identified by one of the witnesses namely Samir. Petitioner has got 2 criminal antecedents of similar nature . 4. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
