The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation is in progress. 3. It is seen that the FIR in Crime No.79 of 2025 has been registered only on 05.05.2025 for the offences under Section 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS and that the investigation is in progress. The grounds taken by the petitioner for transfer of investigation from third respondent police to CBCID are not satisfied. 5. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 6.
