At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the MARKFED, on instructions, would submit that the letter dated 27-1-2025 (Annexure-P/1), which is under challenge in the present petition, is only a draft letter without bearing S.No. and signature of the concerned authority. He would further submit that the petitioner has already extended the Bank Guarantee (BG) submitted before the Bank in favour of the respondent and, as such, presently no occasion arises to question the said letter (Annexure-P/1). 2. In view of categorical submission made by the learned counsel for the MARKFED, with regard to letter dated 27-1-2025 (Annexure-P/1), the present writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if cause of action arises.
