Sri Asheesh Kumar Tiwari, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 29 of 2025, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that in gang-chart, three cases have been shown against the accused- applicant, in which he is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, there is no other criminal history. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant, but has not pointed out any other case against the applicant except the cases shown in the gang-chart. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records which prima facie reveals that there are three cases shown in the gang-chart and in all the cases, he is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 17.06.2025. 5. As such the bail application is allowed. 6. The accused/applicant- Farman be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
