Learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. This petition has been filed for restoration of F.A. No. 264 of 2023 which stood dismissed on 06.02.2025 on account of non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 09.01.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners could not remove the defects as they could not arrange the requisite court fee in short period. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the First Appeal be restored to its original file and he undertakes to remove the defects.

Learned counsel for the opposite party has no serious objection to the prayer made for restoration.
5. Considering the aforesaid submission, time granted to the petitioners to remove the defects in F.A. No. 264 of 2023 vide order dated 09.01.2025 is extended till 25.06.2025.
6. If the defects in the first appeal are removed within extended time, office is directed to place F.A. No. 264 of 2023 before appropriate Bench as per roster.
