Sri Vijay Kumar Yadav, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 29 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters Act, Police Station Kathela Samaymata, District Siddharth Nagar. 2. Learned counsel contends that there is single case in the gang chart and in which, applicant is on bail. Apart from the case shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of one case to his credit, in which he is on bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that the single case shown in the gang chart, the accused/applicant has already been granted bail. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the record. 5. The record prima facie reveals that the single case been mentioned in the gang chart, wherein the accused is on bail and in one case of criminal history, accused is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 25.05.2025. 6. Without touching the merit of the case, this Court is of the opinion that this bail application is allowed. 7. Let the accused applicant Rajendra Chauhan be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
