The petitioner, working as the Deputy Chief Controller of Explosives in the first respondent – - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33995 WP No. 18340 of 2025 Department, submitted representations dated 01.07.2024, 09.07.2024, 25.09.2024, 17.10.2024, 06.02.2025 and 21.04.2025 vide Annexures F, J, K, N, R and W, respectively, in respect of his service conditions are concerned. So far, no order has been passed on the said representations. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Since the representations submitted by the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents, it is suffice for this Court to direct the competent authority to consider the representations filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
