The petitioner herein is the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.468 of 2024 seeking to quash the Crime No.8 of 2023. In Crl.O.P.No.468 of 2024, this Court directed the respondent-Police concerned to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2023 further. Further, there is no ground made out for transfer of investigation.
