In this writ petition, the petitioner sought for deletion of his name from the rowdy sheeter registered by considering the order dated 26.10.2018 in WP.No.15636/2018 (Annexure – E). 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is open for the petitioner to approach respondent No.3, by way of representation, as to the deletion of the name from the rowdy - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50913 WP No. 8001 of 2023 sheeter registered against him and if such a representation is made within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the respondent No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law, taking into consideration any pending cases against the petitioner and thereafter take a decision in the matter within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of such representation that may be made by the petitioner.
