The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 05.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.29401/2024 (BDA). In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to consider the complainant's representation dated 13.09.2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the accused submits that a committee has been constituted to make recommendations, as 1,260 applications have been received.
