The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 05.12.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 38288 of 2023. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed afÏdavit of the opposite party disclosing that the claim of the applicant has been considered by the District Level Scrutiny Committee and rejected vide order dated 6.2.2025. The said afÏdavit of compliance is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
