Bhikhi, District Mansa. On 07.07.2025 the following order was passed:-
“ Notice of motion. Mr. T.P.S. Walia, learned AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent; seeks time to have instructions and/or to file written response in the matter. Learned State counsel seeks more time to file short affidavit in the matter. Posted for 21.07.2025. Meanwhile, petitioner shall join proceedings before VINAY MAHAJAN 2025.07.22 13:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

To be heard along with CRM-M-31966-2025.” In deference to the aforementioned orders, the petitioner has appeared before the Trial court and has been granted bail. In view of the above, no further orders are reuqired to be passed by this Court.
Disposed of. However, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the Trial Court and shall not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
