At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, submitted that the petitioner no.2 is not having the marriageable age and as such, petitioners are not entitled to get any relief. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of the instructions, the present petition stands dismissed.
