This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. This I.A. has been filed with a prayer for correction of the order dated 22.07.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, contended that in Para-3, in the last sentence, it has been mentioned that some proceedings against the present Petitioner are pending before the Controlling Authority-Opposite Party No.1. While clarifying the same, learned counsel for the Petitioner, by referring to the documents at Annexure-1, submitted before this Court that P.G. Case No.15 of 2023 at the instance of one Mala Juadi is pending before the Controlling Authority under the P.G. Act from Page 2 of 2. the D.L.C., Bargarh. 4. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that reflection of such part in Para-4 may not be correct. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, the prayer for modification is allowed to the extent that the last sentence in Para- 4 be deleted, and in its place the following sentence be added. “4. The P.G. Case No.17 of 2023 is stated to be pending before the Controlling Authority since 20.01.2023 under the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 read with the Odisha Payment of Gratuity Rules, 1974.” 6.
