Sri Arun Kumar Tripathi, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.126 of 2024, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster Act, Police Station Talgram, District Kannauj. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that in gang-chart only one case has been shown against the accused- applicant in which he is on bail. In the other case shown as a criminal history, accused is acquitted. Applicant is languishing in jail since 29.04.2024. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that one case has been shown in the gang chart, in which he is on bail. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records which prima facie reveals that there is only one case shown in the gang-chart, in which he is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 29.04.2024. 5. As such the bail application is allowed. 6. The accused/applicant- Suraj Pal be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
