1. This order shall dispose of CRM-M-23747-2025 and CRM-M- 23798-2025, as the same have emanated out of same occurrence and prayer made therein is for quashing of criminal proceedings on the basis of compromise dated 19.03.2025 (in both petitions), entered into between the affected parties. 2. It is a case of version and cross-version. Petitioners in CRM-M- 23747-2025 are seeking quashing of Sessions Kalandra u/s 307 of IPC and Sections 25 & 29 of Arms Act, 1959, dated 28.06.2022 (Annexure P-2), as a cross-version in case FIR No.486, dated 03.09.2021, under Section 307 of IPC and Sections 25 & 29 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani (Annexure P-1), and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, whereas petitioners in CRM-M-23798-2025 are seeking quashing of FIR No.486, dated 03.09.2021, under Sections 307, 34, 323, 325 (added later on) of IPC, registered at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani (Annexure P-1), and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 19.03.2025 (in both petitions), arrived at between the parties. 3.

Vide common order dated 27.11.2025 (separately passed in both petitions), the affected parties were directed to appear before the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, for getting their respective statements recorded with regard to the compromise. 4. Vide order passed in CRM-22193-2026 in CRM-M-23747- 2025 of even date, Ratipal son of Rajpal by now has impleaded as respondent No.8 in the present petition and his statement has already been recorded before the learned Trial Court which has been reflected in the report dated 15.01.2026 submitted by the trial Court. 5. A common report has since been received from learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, in pursuance to the directions of this Court wherein, the factum of the compromise arrived at between the parties stands verified and confirmed. As per the report(s) compromise has indeed been effected between the parties and the same is without any pressure or coercion and out of their free will and the private respondents have also made statement to the effect that they would have no objection if the FIR qua the accused-petitioners is quashed. Learned State counsel too submits that there are no other accused other than the petitioners and the private respondents are the only aggrieved person in the FIR in question. 8. In view of the report of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, and the principles laid down by Hon’ble the Apex Court in Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and others (2012) 10 SCC 303, and also by the Full Bench of this Court in Kulwinder Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and another, 2007(3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the instant petition is allowed. The aforesaid FIR and all consequential proceedings arising out of it, are quashed.
