Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 04.07.2025 passed by this Court, the present CONTR has been filed. Learned Additional Standing Counsel (ASC), in the course of hearing, has placed on record the written report furnished by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Bhubaneswar. It is stated therein that the investigation has since been completed, the accused persons have been arrested, and the incriminating materials have been seized. It is further stated that Preliminary Charge-Sheet No.354 dated 11.06.2025 has been submitted before the competent Court under Sections 103(1), 249(a) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 against Milu Tanmay Behera, Prasanta Behera, Padmanabha Behera @ Lulu and Samir Kumar Swain. It is also stated that Supplementary Charge-Sheet No.697 has been submitted on 26.09.2025 under the aforesaid provisions of law. 3. In view of the aforesaid compliance, nothing further survives for consideration in the present contempt proceeding. Accordingly, the CONTR stands dropped.
