The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 65 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the award passed in E.C.No.108 of 2023 dated 11.07.2025 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation cum Joint Commissioner of Labour, Tiruchirappalli. 2.
