JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 341 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 324(4), 109(1), 352 of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, due to land dispute the petitioner is said to have assaulted on of the victim. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57836 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Hilsa (Nalanda)/concerned Court below in connection with Hilsa P.S.
