The petitioner has invoked the writ as well supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for seeking extension of parole for another two weeks in continuation of the 56 days parole leave granted by the State Government in FIR No.123 dated 18.07.2011 registered under Section 15(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Siwani, District Bhiwani, under which the petitioner is suffering sentence of 12 years rigorous imprisonment since 2011. The urgency shown by the petitioner is that knee replacement of his mother is scheduled to be held on 23.06.2025 as per the hospital prescription (Annexure P-2). 3. Accordingly, looking to the emergent situation shown by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant parole to the petitioner for another two weeks till 02.07.2025. 4. The petitioner is granted extension of parole leave, subject to his surrender latest by 02.07.2025 at Central Jail-II, Hisar. 5. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender on 02.07.2025, then his arrest warrants shall be issued and the same shall be executed by arresting the petitioner and lodging him to jail. 6.
