The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Cases, Dhanabd. 3. On 12.12.2024, at about 03:30 P.M., Cyber Police, Dhanbad, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Flat No. 4B, Shirsti Karuan Enclave, Sahyogi Nagar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. 4. It was submitted that one person had claimed that the mobile phone which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, was used in cheating him. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about nine months. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 3568 of 2025 earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Cases, Dhanabd in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S.
