HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40264 WP No. 30651 of 2025 ORAL ORDER The petitioners have sought for issuance of direction to the respondent to remove the entry in column No.11 of the RTC regarding pendency of the order of the Supreme Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that representation has been made at Annexures-T and U and have taken their stand regarding the true purport of the
order of the Supreme Court. It is contended that the proceedings of the Supreme Court will not have any effect as regards rights settled by any document issued by the State Authorities under any law. Reliance is placed on the
order of the Apex Court at Annexure-S. Accordingly, it is submitted that the representation at Annexures-T and U may be considered in accordance with law.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the representation would be considered in accordance with law and the petitioners are required to

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petition may be disposed of and grievance of the petitioners would stand addressed for the present, if the direction is granted for consideration of representation at Annexures-T and U.
5. In light of the limited prayer made, the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation at Annexures-T and U and pass necessary orders. Needless to state, the petitioners are to make out necessary clarifications and furnish documents as may be necessary for effective disposal of the representation.
6. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that necessary decision would be endeavoured to be taken within a period of three months.
