The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i. a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 22.06.2025 in Case Crime No. 0316 of 2025 under section 85, 80(2) of The Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 3/4 of The Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 Police Station Ghosi, District Mau." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
