1. Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the Arresting Officer to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in DDR No.5 dated 12.05.2025 registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 3(5), 324(4) BNS and Sections 118(2) and 117(2) of BNS were added lateron (whereby the name of petitioner has been nominated in DDR No.14 dated 12.05.2025 in case FIR No.65 dated 11.05.2025, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190 of BNS and Section 117(2) of BNS added lateron, registered at Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during investigation the petitioner was declared innocent as the allegations against him were not substantiated. He thus, submits that the petitioner is not required by the Investigating Agency.
