The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 29.1.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 914 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 1.3.2025 has been passed removing the present Gram Pradhan from her post after an enquiry. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. The order has been passed in compliance of the order passed by this Court. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
