The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 128 of 2017, under Sections 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act and Sections 332, 353, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station Barhan, District- Agra. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Vijay Tripathi, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
