Heard Sri. Ravikiran P. Pawar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Respondent served and remained absent. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into account the clause 59 of the Agreement dated 14th August, 2017, I am of the opinion that, the Sole Arbitrator be appointed for resolving the dispute between the parties. Accordingly, Hon'ble Sri. Chandrashekaraiah, Former Judge of this Court is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties at the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru. Accordingly, Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. 4. All claims and contentions of the parties are kept open to be decided by the Arbitral Tribunal. 5.
