Petitioner is the plaintiff, institutes a suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No.789/2020. In the light of the prayer being innocuous and the suit being of permanent injunction, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the suit, within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not earlier.
