By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has put to challenge the impugned FIR No.104 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025, for the offence punishable under Section 67 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and under Section 69 of the B.N.S. Act, 2023, registered with P.S. Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise. 5. Vide order dated 22.05.2025, the respondents were directed to file objection(s) to compounding application (IA/1/2025) and the parties were directed to remain present before this Court. 6. Today, applicant No.1-Rishab Maheshwari and respondent No.3-Smt. Renu are present before this Court, who are duly identified by their respective counsel. The parties apprise this Court that they have got married on 21.04.2025 2025:UHC:4600 as per Hindu Rites and Rituals. 7. Learned State Counsel has passed on to this Court instruction/final report, which is taken on record. On the basis of it, he submits that after investigation, final report has been submitted against the petitioner on 12.03.2025, therefore, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. 8. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is closed. 9. Interim order dated 22.05.2025 stands vacated. 10. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
