At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot to decide the representation dated 17.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) and representation dated 25.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) & 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) within a time bound manner. 3. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2- the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 17.05.2025 (Annexure P- 3) and representation dated 25.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) & 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) after providing opportunity of hearing to them by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter. 5. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
