The petitioner claims to be the owner in possession of land measuring 5.7 kanals falling under Khasra No. 46 situated at Nowpora Payeen Tehsil Shahoora Litter District Pulwama which is purportedly meant to be exhibited by annexure-I which is a fard-e-badar under section 27 of the J&K Land Revenue Act, Svt. 1996 but does not inspire confidence as neither Estate is mentioned nor tehsil and district is mentioned so much so the seal of Patwari Halqa is also blank not showing Patwari Halqa of which Mouza/Tehsil. 2. Let the petitioner come forward with a certified copy of fard-e- badar annexure-I by next date of hearing upon which only the consideration in the matter would be granted. 3. When confronted with this direction, Mr. G. N. Shaheen, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with certified copies of all the relevant documents being annexed with fresh writ petition in particular of Annexure-I. 4. This writ petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted provided certified copy of this order to be annexed with subsequent writ petition as may come to be filed by the petitioner pursuant to the leave hereby being granted.
