Learned counsel for the respondents/Bank, upon instructions from Ms. Ayesha Negi, Law Officer, ICICI Bank, submits that the petitioner is required to give a fresh OTS proposal and the same would be considered in accordance with the OTS policy of the Bank within a period of 04 weeks. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall furnish the fresh OTS proposal within a week. 4. Heard.
