(Oral) This petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the official respondent(s) to protect the life & liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondent Nos.4 to 24 (arrayed in the petition) and to take action on her representation dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P2). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P2) before respondent No.2 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and to take necessary action thereupon. 3. Needless to say, if any threat perception is found to the petitioner, the official respondents would provide her adequate security in order to protect her life and liberty.
