The applicant has no criminal history as stated in para 21 and is in jail since 08.05.2025. 6. Per contra, learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that in so far delay in first information report is concerned, the first informant herself in first information report has stated that she went to the police station on 04.05.2025 for lodging a report but the same was not lodged and then she moved an application before the Superintendent of Police on the basis of which the present first information report has been lodged. the statements of the victim recorded during investigation wherein he has been alleged to have raped the victim after confining her in a room on threat of country- made pistol. It is submitted that as such the bail application be rejected. 7. After having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record, it is evident that in so far delay in first information report is concerned, the same is explained by the first informant itself in the first information report. The role of the applicant is consistent. 8. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find it a fit case for bail, hence, the bail application is rejected. 9.
