Pursuant to order dated 3.07.2025, Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for opposite parties has produced instruction i.e. spot inspection report dated 8.7.2025, which is taken on record. Based upon instruction, he submitted that photographs of land in dispute annexed with the contempt application are different to photographs referred in order of Writ Court dated 16.04.2024. 3. As factual dispute is involved, therefore, Contempt Court is having no jurisdiction. 4. Under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. 5. File is consigned to the record.
