Heard the counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2, The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief:- " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Police authorities to conduct the further investigation with regard to the First Information Report dated 10.11.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0615/2023 under section 379 IPC, Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad and also direct the respondents to take strict legal action against the individuals found responsible for the theft." 3. There is nothing on record to show that the concerned Investigating Officer is not acting impartially and is not conducting a fair investigation. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the wit petition is disposed off observing that the Investigating Officer is expected to act in accordance with law as prescribed under the Code of Criminal- Procedure, 1973/Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
