By the present Writ Petition, petitioner is questioning the reduction of his salary from Rs.23,350/- to Rs.10,670/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is posted as a Data Entry Operator on contractual appointment. He further submits that without any notice or opportunity of hearing, salary of the petitioner has been reduced, against which, he has already moved a representation but the same has not been considered by the respondent authorities. He submits that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to decide the representation or if the petitioner files a fresh representation within a period of 30 days of this order, the same may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated time frame. 3. Learned State counsel would not oppose the aforesaid prayer. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and for the fact that the petitioner has already moved a representation raising his grievances which has not been decided by the competent authority of the respondents by passing a speaking order, without dwelling on the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such representation being filed, the same shall be decided by the respondents expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
