Learned Additional State Public Prosecutor on instructions and verification would submit that the subject petition is preferred on 24.06.2025 and long after filing of the petition, the concerned Court has framed charges and proceeded in the matter. 3. In the light of the aforesaid submission, the entertainment of the petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., at this juncture, will run foul of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of MINAKSHI BALA V.
