Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the dominant prayer sought for in this Original Petition. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Ext.P6 application, filed along with Ext.P7, has not even been numbered by the trial court, much less considered. Learned counsel would seek a direction from this Court to number the said petitions, as also, to consider the same by the trial court. 3.
