The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 22/2025 arising out of Mayurhand P.S. Case No. 77/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64, 69, 115(2), 352 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II, Chatra. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the daughter of the informant, who is a major girl. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is nothing on record to show that at the very inception of their relationship, the petitioner has obtained consent for physical relationship by fraud. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, Chatra in connection with S.T.
