Buragohian on behalf of Mr. D. Baruah for the petitioner, Dhruba Jyoti Das. The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with a prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Nalbari P.S. Case No. 18/2025 under Sections 316(2)/316(5)/318(2)/318(4)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/3 2. Heard learned Addl. Public Prosecutor Mr. B. Sharma for the respondent State. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a named accused. 4. The FIR unfolds of some suicidal and mysterious deaths arising out of loans been procured with manipulated documents and the FIR named accused has been involved in such activities of manipulating documents to procure housing loan from the LIC. 5. After loans were disbursed, there were also threats for repayment of the loans. 6. In this manner the FIR named accused have siphoned of money for their own wrongful gain. 7. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. 8. I have also scrutinised the Case Diary. 9. It appears that anticipatory bail may be granted to the present petitioner. 10. The merits of this Case are not brought to the fore, as investigation is going. 11. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner Dhruba Jyoti Das shall be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority subject to the following conditions: Page No.# 3/3 i) the petitioner shall appear before the I.O. within one week from today and shall co-operate with the investigation, ii) the petitioner shall appear before the I.O. on every fortnight till completion of the investigation, iii) the petitioner refrain from such activities with which he is alleged and iv) the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court without prior permission. 12. On breach of any of the above conditions, the interim pre-arrest bail shall automatically stand cancelled. 13. With the aforesaid direction, the pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. 14.
