The impugned notice dated 12.07.2016 was issued for a period of 3 years commencing from 16.07.2016 to 31.03.2019. In that view, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
