The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to conclude the fair and proper investigation against the respondent no.4 to 10 in case crime No.135 of 2025 under section 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 324 (4), 110 3 (5) B.N.S, police station Pawai, District Azamgarh and also be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 and 3 to take appropriate action with regard to arresting the respondent no.4 to 10 in the above noted case. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to decide and consider the representation of the applicant dated 31.05.2025 with regard to making fair and proper investigation in case crime No.135 of 2025 under section 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 324 (4), 110 3 (5) B.N.S, police station Pawai, District Azamgarh as well as with regard to arresting the respondent no.4 to 10 in the above noted case." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that the charge-sheet in the aforesaid case has already been filed.
