At the very outset, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that counter affidavit on behalf of State has been filed on 13.08.2025 in the Registry but the same is not on record. Office is directed to trace out the same and place it on record. 2. Learned A.G.A. has also pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded and the final report has also been submitted in favour of the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid facts but states that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage, if necessary. 4. In view thereof, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
