The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "I- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 14.05.2025 which was registered as Case Crime No. 149 of 2025 Under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station - Vrindavan, District Mathura." From the averments made in the First Information Report and from the contents of the documents attached with this writ petition, a prima facie case appears to have been made out. The petitioners have the remedy to file an application for anticipatory bail before the appropriate Court. In view of the availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner, we refrain from taking cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed.
