The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's possession of suit schedule property by way of disconnecting the petitioner's electricity connection having Consumer ID 5470293. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 3. The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction apprehending that the BESCOM authorities may disconnect the power supply to his property. Counsel Sri.H.V.Devaraju, in presenting his arguments submits that the BESCOM authority has not taken any steps for disconnection of the power supply, hence, the petitioner cannot - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27205 WP No. 30682 of 2024 not have any grievance against the BESCOM authority. He argued by saying that Annexures F and G are the internal communications between the departments. Counsel therefore, submits that the present Writ Petition is premature and an appropriate order may be passed. 4. Perused Annexures-F and G. They are internal communications between the departments. Pursuant to the communications, the BESCOM authority has not taken any action for disconnection of the power supply to the petitioner's premises. Hence, the petitioner cannot have any grievance any grievance as of today. In my view, the Writ Petition is premature. 5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
