Ganjhu, A.P.P. --- 03 / 02.04.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 75 of 2025 arising out of Birni (Bharkatta O.P) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 126(2), 109, 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-b) a, 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih. 3. Petitioner happens to be brother of the Informant. It is alleged that there was quarrel between the parties, due to which, petitioner had fired upon his mother and the Informant causing firearm injury to his mother and the Informant. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the injury report of the Informant and his mother. It appears that no firearm injury was caused to the injured persons. It further appears that the mother of the petitioner and Informant have sustained grievous injuries caused by hard and blunt substance. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih in connection with S.T.
