None appeared for the appellant. Learned counsel for the respondents is present. 3. On 10.12.2024, On being represented by learned counsel for the appellant that he has given up vakalat, this Court ordered the Registry to issue notice to the appellant, but the same was returned un-served with an endorsement ‘Died’. 4. On 08.01.2025 Sri M.R.S.Srinivas, learned counsel, submitted that he was going to file vakalat on behalf of the appellant and sought time. 5. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that no vakalat has been filed on behalf of the appellant. 6. In view of the death of the appellant, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
